ProPath is a boutique sports management agency built exclusively for elite high school and college football talent. We handle everything in the NIL space: deal negotiation with schools, brands, collectives as well as personal brand development, portal strategy, and school selection advisory. We do not represent everyone. We represent the right athletes, and we go all-in for them.
-
We did not pivot to the NIL space, we were custom built for it. Most agencies are run by people who never played the game, never coached it, and never scouted it. That is not ProPath. Our founder played college football, coached at the college level, served as Director of Midwest Scouting for National Preps, and spent years as a national recruiting analyst for Yahoo Sports and Rivals.com. We understand what coaches look for, how collectives operate, and how to position an athlete to maximize every opportunity on and off the field.
-
We focus on Power Four caliber talent. High-end athletes who are serious about performing at the highest level and building a brand that lasts beyond college. We keep our roster intentional. Every athlete we sign gets real attention, not a spot on a bloated client list.

NIL stands for Name, Image, and Likeness. Since 2021, the NCAA has allowed college athletes to earn money off their personal brand. Revenue share, endorsement deals, social media partnerships, autograph signings, merchandise and more. It changed college football forever. Athletes who understand how to use it have a real advantage. Those who ignore it are leaving money on the table.
-
That depends on his profile, his market, and who is in his corner negotiating. Some athletes earn a few thousand dollars through local deals. Elite prospects at major programs, with the right representation, can earn six figures or more. Collectives at Power Four schools are now a significant part of the equation. We fight to get our athletes the most out of every opportunity.
-
Done correctly, no. The NCAA has cleared athletes to earn NIL compensation. There are rules around certain types of deals, particularly anything that looks like pay-for-play, and state laws vary. ProPath stays current on every NCAA policy update and legislative change so our athletes are always protected. When in doubt, we get the right people involved before anything is signed.
-
Collectives are booster-funded organizations that pool money to pay athletes associated with a specific program. They have become one of the biggest factors in recruiting and retention. ProPath knows how collectives operate across the country. We help athletes understand what is on the table, negotiate the terms, and make sure they are not getting shortchanged.
-
No. Social media definitely helps, but it is not the only path. Revenue share, brand deals, local endorsements, and collective arrangements are based on multiple factors: athletic profile, position, school, and market. We assess where your athlete stands and map out the realistic opportunities. Then we go get them.
-
It starts with a conversation. We want to understand your athlete's situation: where he is in his career, what his goals are, and whether ProPath is the right fit. If it makes sense on both sides, we move forward. We keep our client roster tight on purpose, so every athlete we bring on gets full attention and a real plan.
-
Our athletes are like family and we are available to them 24/7. We are in constant contact. Revenue share negotiations, brand strategy, portal guidance, collective conversations, and social media support. It is ongoing work. We do not disappear after the signing call. If something is happening that affects our athletes, they hear from us first.
-
There are zero up front costs to work with ProPath. We only get paid when you do. Our commission structure ties our success to our athletes' success. We are not here to take a cut of nothing. We are here to produce results.

Due to our extensive relationships across college football, this is one of our strongest areas. Entering the portal is a serious decision with real consequences, academically, athletically, and financially. We have the relationships across coaching staffs and collectives to assess the real landscape before your athlete makes a move. We lay out the options, give honest counsel, and help execute the right decision. We have been on the inside of this process. We know how it actually works.
